How does it work?
First off we will have a telephone chat with you to find out what YOU REALLY want from an accountant.
Once we have done a fact find then we can design the most appropriate service for you and your business. This will include quoting a fixed price for the work to be done which we collect by monthly standing order during the year.
You will be guided through the annual paperwork and helped with any questions you may have about business and taxation. You can call or email us any time you want and theres no extra charge. You will be able to receive a quarterly or 6 monthly tax forecast report during the year, this prevents the tax shock syndrome at the end of the year.
You probably have an image of an accountant as a “stuffed shirt” who talks gobbledegook! Well we are just a little different.
For a start we NEVER wear suits. And we ALWAYS talk to you in a language you understand – Plain English. Oh yes – and we have a sense of humour too!
We know you are not really interested in the accounts figures but just the bottom line – the profit and the tax bill! Most clients’ eyes glaze over when the accountant starts to talk about the figures in depth and spout all the jargon. We will explain everything to you in a way that you understand.
We also realise you want someone to make sure the deadlines are met so you don’t get any hassle from the authorities. As long as you provide us with the information we need when we ask for it we can guarantee all deadlines will be met.
